Refunds and Exchanges
You may request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I package my glass pieces so that they will arrive safely. However, if anything is damaged during shipping, please contact me, send it back, and I will repair/replace it free of charge.
Note that most of my products are one-of-a-kind in which case you may exchange for a similar item.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me with your concerns. Items returned within 7 days of arrival, in original condition, will be issued an exchange or full refund. Once I receive the item in original condition, your money will be refunded.
- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
-Holiday Returns, within: 14 days after the Holiday, i.e. 12/25/19, by 1/1/20
- Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
-Holiday Returns, within: 21 days of the Holiday, i.e., 12/25/19, by 1/15/20

Shipping
All purchases are shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation, with the exception of custom orders or made to order items.
Shipping fees and timing on custom orders and made to order pieces will depend on the individual order.
All shipments are insured.
Payments
Accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay on supported devices. I also accept PayPal. Your payments are always secure on my web site.
Custom Orders
I welcome custom orders. If you see an item that you want to have custom made according to your color specifications, I will be happy to to accommodate you. Items that come to mind might be my trinket dishes in your chosen colors as party favors for weddings or showers or any celebration gathering. Allow extra time. Depending upon the quantity ordered, special orders may take up to one to two weeks instead of 72 hours to prepare.
Stained Glass custom orders are also welcome.
